AREA is suitable for all types of meetings and events – whether you’re planning a conference, meeting, dinner or cocktail reception. Our rooms have 4-meter-high ceilings, most with an abundance of natural light and the most contemporary of amenities such as unlimited Wifi and your choice of Wellington’s finest catering options.

Located on the ground floor of the 5 star Boulcott Suites North Tower, delegates are able to stay on-site in our apartment-style hotel rooms. Other accommodation-partner properties are within a short walk.
