Conference & Exhibition Facilities

Claudelands’ linked rooms and spaces can be expanded, reduced or used in combinations – meaning spaces can be tailored to suit exact requirements. The conference centre is capable of hosting 1,200 or more delegates. It offers 11 breakout spaces, on-site audio-visual services, ultra-fast fibre optics, award-winning catering and complimentary delegate parking. The main conference space, the Heaphy Room, can seat 900, with the option of dividing the room into three seperate spaces. Standing alongside the conference centre is a further 10,000sqm of integrated indoor/outdoor exhibition space – ideal for conferences with an exhibition components. 

Function & Meetings

Claudelands offers a range of spaces that are ideal for before-and-after functions. These spaces are unique in design, provide fantastic views of Claudelands Park and located within close proximity to the main conference areas. Several meeting rooms, which are ideal for small business meetings of up to 50 delegates, are also available. Many of these spaces offer ease of access to other areas of Claudelands. They also offer dimmable lighting, wireless internet, air conditioning and integrated audio-visual solutions. 

The Arena 

Adjacent to the conference and exhibition centre is the 6,000 capacity Claudelands Arena. This stunning auditorium is ideal for larger seated banquets, gala dinners, exhibitions and conference plenary sessions.
