Conferences, Meetings, Retreats and Wedding Venue with Accomodation set in a unique country-side setting in North West Auckland with Vineyards and wineries on the door step and surrounded by native flora and fauna.

We offer a boutique and personalised service for up to 45 guest for conferences and events and up to 14 guests for accomodation based on twin share.

Our delicious menus focus on local ingredients and home cooked food. Proper coffee is a must and our Vineyard Cottages hot chocolate and cookie bar is a highlight for morning tea!

We are experienced in and cater for all dietary requirements .

Our seven cottages lie peacefully nestled within our grounds in the Waikoukou Valley, part of the historic Kumeu wine region.

Built to resemble and decorated with settler-style charm, each cottage is self-sufficient and with all modern creature comforts to make your stay welcoming and enjoyable. 

Macrocarpa hardwood floors, a romantic fire place, and self contained kitchens make each cottage the perfect place to kick back and relax. The Cottages incorporate an open plan kitchen, living and dining area and separate bedroom with King size bed, luxury bedding and double door access to the furnished, outdoor private patio. The rain shower, wooden interior and Manuka honey infused amenities are guest favourites in the en-suite bathroom. Each cottage is landscaped to ensure your utmost privacy.

We are happy to organise and book your team any amazing day out of the office into any of the below adventure or dining destinations. We can also organise transport.

• The Big Foody Food Tours and The Big Beer Tours are owned by Elle Armon-Jones, owner of the Vineyard Cottages.. Take your teams out on a culinary adventure around the region visiting local producers, growers, wineries and breweries!

• Tree Adventures – Tree Adventures is a tree-top challenge course offering an impressive range of suspended obstacles and ziplines. Challenge your balance, build confidence and unleash your inner monkey!

• Mountain Biking – Auckland’s only managed and purpose-built rider accessed single track network.  They also have Auckland’s only managed Disc Golf Course.

• Paint-ball – There is nothing quite like a corporate paintball day. Picture you and your fellow colleagues decked out in full body camouflage overalls crawling through the woods searching for the enemy.

• ATV tours – If you want to have some ‘real’ adventure, come ride quad bikes on Muriwai Beach. Easy to ride and no previous experience is required, just a will to take on something different, challenging, and above all great fun.

• Horse-riding on Muriwai Beach – treks to suit all abilities with horses and ponies to match each riders level. Experience the amazing scenery of the rugged west coast and Muriwai Beach.
